Technical Office Architect

Prepare architectural and interior shop drawings based on design with agreed schedule of project manager .Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .Coordinate with design, and site team to ensure technical accuracy and project feasibility .The Shop Drawing Architect duties include preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents .Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.) and comparison with original project documents for proper pricing or claim preparations.Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.Comparing the structural & architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings & coordinate it with the project layout

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture .Experience from 4 to 6 years .Strong portfolio showcasing shop drawings details .Proficiency in Related Programs “ AutoCAD , REVIT (preferred) ,MS Office”.Experience in work of BOQ .Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .Work located in our Office (New Cairo ) .
