The RoleThe HR Manager (Strategic Operations) will lead key human resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner, driving people initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).6+ years of HR experience, including exposure to strategic HR functions.Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and frameworks.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
