A growing company in New Cairo is hiring an HR Specialist to manage HR operations, administration, and basic accounting tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Manage employee records, attendance, leaves, and personnel filesSupport recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processesAssist in implementing HR policies and internal proceduresHandle employee relations and support a positive work environmentCoordinate with management on staffing and personnel needsAssist with basic accounting tasks (expenses, invoices, payment records)Support payroll preparation by organizing employee dataOversee office operations (supplies, vendors, maintenance)Ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirementsProvide administrative support to management when needed

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldPrevious experience in HR, personnel, or administrative rolesBasic knowledge of accounting (expenses, invoices, documentation)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and confidentialityAbility to multitask and work efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceExperience in a startup or fast-paced work environmentKnowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insuranceExperience coordinating with vendors and external suppliersFamiliarity with HR or accounting systems
