Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience in Health & Safety within a manufacturing/factory environment.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g., Occupational Safety and Health Administration).Certification such as NEBOSH is a strong advantage.Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.Familiarity with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.Good knowledge of fire safety systems and emergency response procedures.Strong communication and training skills.Ability to prepare reports and maintain safety documentation.Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
