Electrical Engineer ( Office & site )

- Review and approve engineering designs for Electrical Power, Low Current, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.- Prepare and review Shop Drawings and coordinate approvals with project consultants.- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.- Ensure proper coordination between mechanical and electrical systems to avoid conflicts with architectural and structural works.- Review technical and financial offers from subcontractors and monitor supplier performance.- Lead Testing & Commissioning processes before final project handover.- Prepare periodic technical progress reports and identify technical challenges with practical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development or construction projects.- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.- Ability to review electrical and mechanical load calculations.- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Work Environment:This role requires working between the technical office and project sites.
