Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

Job description includes but is not limited to the following:Team leading technical work drawingsReview DrawingsCoordinate with ConsultantsSetting goals and targets for each work phaseDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Job Requirements Experience:10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically as a project manager.Previous experience with hotel projects is considered a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a reputable institution.Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Proven design skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.Proficient in project management, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Proficiency:Required: Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.Required: Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Revit.Preferred: Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
