Accounting Manager

Proven Expertise: 7-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management roles.Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop an accounting team at a Manager level.Core Financial Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Accounting principles, Finance operations, and advanced Financial Analysis.System Savvy: Solid experience with large-scale ERP systems, particularly SAP.Strategic Thinker: Strong capabilities in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Process Improvement.Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a significant plus.Expereince in Industrial organizations is mandatory preferrably Textile manufacturing.
