Accounting Team Leader (Hospitality Experience)

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentPrepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecastsEnsure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policiesMonitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance for construction projectsHandle cost control, revenue recognition, and project accounting activitiesCoordinate with project managers to ensure accurate financial trackingManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functionsLead month-end and year-end closing processesLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authoritiesDevelop and implement financial policies and proceduresSupervise and mentor the accounting team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, with strong background in Hospitality industry.Previous experience in hospitality/tourism projects is highly preferred.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills
