Warehouse Manager

To manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring proper storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods to support production and business operationsOversee all warehouse operations (receiving, storage, issuing).Ensure proper inventory control using FIFO/FEFO methods.Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts.Maintain accurate inventory records.Coordinate with procurement and production to ensure material availability.Minimize waste, damage, and stock discrepancies.Enforce safety procedures within the warehouse.Lead and manage warehouse staff.Optimize warehouse space utilization.Prepare inventory and operational reports

Approve receiving and issuing transactions.Manage warehouse team performance.Recommend improvements in storage systems and processesBachelor’s degree in a relevant field7–12 years of experience in warehouse management (preferably manufacturing)Strong experience in industrial warehouse operationsInventory managementData analysis and reportingLeadership and team managementERP / WMS systemsPlanning and organization
