Technical Office Engineer

We are a contracting company based in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Technical Office Engineer (Civil) from Egypt on a monthly basis (remote work).Scope of Work:- Quantity takeoff for all project activities- Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)- Cost estimation using:- Lump Sum- Cost Plus- Preparing and reviewing shop drawings- Preparing invoices, interim payment certificates, and progress reports- Material takeoff and coordination with site teamProject Types:- Concrete works (structural)- Finishing works (all trades)- Renovation and rehabilitation projects- Roads and asphalt worksWork Type:- Monthly salary (long-term collaboration)Please provide previous work samples (BOQ, quantity takeoff sheets, etc.)

Requirements:- Proven experience in technical office works- Experience with Saudi or GCC projects is preferred- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Excel- Ability to meet deadlines and work remotely
