Technical Office Architectural Engineer

Prepare and review architectural shop drawings in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes.Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure proper integration between disciplines.Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for architectural works.Review and submit material submittals, technical submittals, and shop drawings for consultant approval.Prepare and follow up on RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical clarifications.Monitor and track drawing revisions and document control to ensure the latest approved drawings are used.Support the site team with technical clarifications and solutions for any design or execution issues.Prepare and review As-Built drawings based on site updates.Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contract requirements.Assist in preparing project reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.

Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable mannerExperience in finishing worksExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office and AutoCADPrevious experience in a Consultancy firm.BSc degree in Architectural Engineering
