Technical Office Architect

Prepare and develop detailed architectural shop drawings.

• Review design drawings and ensure constructability.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts.
• Submit drawings for consultant approval and follow up.
• Perform quantity take-offs for architectural works.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
• Support in variation orders and claims preparation.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure proper execution.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Attend technical meetings and provide architectural input.
• Prepare and submit material submittals in line with project specifications.
• Ensure materials comply with approved standards and project requirements.
• Follow up on approvals and resolve comments.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions.
• Ensure documentation reflects actual executed works.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and approvals status.
• Prepare technical reports when required.

3-5 years of experience, 3 years at least in the same role in construction companies.Demonstrated hands-on experience with architecture and architectural principles and techniques.Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design & & Revit.Bachelor's degree or higher in ArchitectureAn excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.V.Good MS Word and Excel proficiency, as well as good verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal and leadership skills; and ability to work well alone and in a team
