Here’s What We’re Looking For:Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management.Skills: Proven expertise in Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.Soft Skills: Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Analytical Skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional Skills: Strong understanding of HR Policies and best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing Employee Engagement initiatives.

Ability to manage and lead teams.Are you a results-oriented HR professional with a passion for talent development?
