Stock Controller

Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balanceTrack incoming and outgoing goodsConduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory)

Stock Control & AccuracyMaintain accurate inventory records in systemsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesEnsure proper labeling and organization of stock

Receiving & DispatchingVerify deliveries against purchase ordersInspect goods for quality and quantityCoordinate dispatch and shipping processes

4.

Reporting & AnalysisPrepare inventory reports (stock levels, variances, slow-moving items)Analyze stock trends and demand patternsRecommend reorder levels and stock optimization strategies

5.

Warehouse CoordinationWork closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teamsEnsure proper storage conditions and safety standardsSupport efficient warehouse operations

Compliance & ProceduresFollow company policies and inventory proceduresEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsMaintain proper documentation

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control rolesStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic analytical and reporting skillsKnowledge of inventory systems (ERP, SAP, or similar)Organizational and time management skillsGood communication skills
