The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and improving audience engagement across different social media platforms.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platformsManage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Develop social media content plans and campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.

• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

• Prepare periodic reports on social media performance.
