Shift Manager

Job holder at this level must ensure that operational targets are met through the optimization of production processes and that the team members have the tools to achieve the set objectives.

The role is heavily operational troubleshooting through the application of the high-level analytical techniques and innovative problem solving.

B.Sc. in engineering, preferably Industrial or Chemical EngineeringA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a range of senior production positions.

Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively.Advanced Computer Skills.
