Administrative Support.

Provide administrative assistance to team and manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Scheduling and Coordination.

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for teams or manager, relationships across all assigned channels.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding to queries and requests.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

Perform data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.

Respond to emails and phone calls, redirecting queries to relevant personnel.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office ERP software.

Systems and processesGathers and verifies information, analyzes data, liaises with internal stakeholders, follows SOPs on workflow processes HSE and risk managementMaintains standards of safety, and complies with related laws and regulations regarding health & safety measures.

Takes reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Change management & continuous improvementEnsures affirmation and adapts to change initiatives implemented by Management embedded within the company's culture and practices People managementEnsures delegation of proper work assignments to concerned subordinates

EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration(or equivalent experience).Experience2–5 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or executive assistant/admin roles.Experience supporting managers/teams and handling day-to-day operations.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication skills (professional email/phone etiquette).High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and document handling.Ability to gather, verify, and analyze information and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling records and sensitive information.Ability to follow SOPs and workflow processes.Technical / ToolsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with ERP software and document/report preparation is a plus.Comfortable working with electronic filing systems and databases.Change Management / Continuous ImprovementWillingness to adapt to change and support management initiatives.Basic understanding of continuous improvement and process adherence.People Management (if applicable)Ability to support delegation and follow-up by ensuring tasks are assigned to the right people (note: if the role is not supervisory, this can be phrased as coordination/follow-up).
