Senior Technical Engineer (Technical Office)

Riadco is hiring a Senior Technical Engineer to join our Technical Office team.

Responsibilities:Prepare and review shop drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.Translate design concepts into production specifications.Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality departments.Optimize materials usage and ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Architecture.7+ years of technical office experience in the furniture industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of materials and production techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or joinery projects.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles.Familiarity with ERP systems (NEXT).Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.Strong presentation and communication skills in English & Arabic.Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
