Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.Oversee day-to-day sales operations including property listings, client follow-ups, and negotiations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.Provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance and sales techniques.

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • ⁠Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
