● Drive property sales by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with clients seeking residential and commercial real estate.● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.● Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to facilitate successful transactions.● Collaborate with leading real estate developers and partners to access and promote exclusive listings.● Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.● Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies.● Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.● Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.● Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance professional knowledge.● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities using CRM systems.
