Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Prepare and review mechanical designs, Shop drawings, and specifications for projects.

Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs for mechanical works.

Good knowledge of international codes, especially Saudi Building CodeExperience in construction projectsPrepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5+ years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer.

Experience in Technical Office works, especially (Shop Drawings, QS)Strong experience in shop drawings, QS, and design review.Good understanding of mechanical codes and authority requirements.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
