Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Food Manufacturing

Maintenance ResponsibilitiesSupervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment and machinery.Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness and minimize downtime.Monitor equipment performance and analyze causes of breakdowns to implement permanent solutions.Participate in selecting, installing, and upgrading production machinery and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper maintenance procedures.Follow up on maintenance reports and ensure timely execution of required actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing (coffee industry is a plus).Strong background in maintenance and production.The candidate prefer a resident of 6th of October City, Giza, or nearby areas.language capabilities, English: very good
