Senior Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office

Preparing and reviewing shop drawings for mechanical works.Preparing Revit models and coordinating with various project disciplines.Reviewing drawings and ensuring their compliance with specifications and contracts.Preparing quantity surveys and payment certificates for mechanical works.Reviewing and approving materials and plans before implementation.Providing technical support to on-site implementation teams to ensure work progresses according to approved plans.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in technical office work for contracting companies.

Previous experience in commercial and administrative building projects.

Strong experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Experience in quantity surveying, preparing payment certificates, and technical reports.

Experience in reviewing and approving material submissions and technical specifications.

Proficiency in Revit, model creation, and coordination with other departments (BIM).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to coordinate between the technical office, the site, and the consultant.
