We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to define positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, print).
- Oversee content creation, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing
- Lead SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and social media strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Stay current with emerging platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Brand & Communications
- Strengthen brand identity through storytelling and consistent messaging.
- Manage PR initiatives, press releases, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
