Senior Customs Clearance

• Handle customer inquiries related to customs clearance processes and shipments.
• Follow up with clients on required documents and clearance status.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support in handling escalations and complex cases.

3–5 years' experience in customs clearance customer service or shipping operations.

Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.

Good command of English.

Experience in logistics / freight forwarding is a Must.
