Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.Handle phone calls and manage internal and external communication.Manage emails and respond to official correspondence.Maintain organized filing and document archiving systems.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.Assist management in preparing presentations and meetings.Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication and professional interpersonal skills.Good command of English is preferred.
