Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Sheraton, Cairo.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales performance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistentlyProvide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfactionIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable productsPresent products clearly with strong knowledge of features and benefitsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trendsHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionallySupport merchandising and maintain an organized sales floorCollaborate with team members to improve overall store performance Skills & Technologies:This role requires a strong ability to consistently achieve sales targets alongside a deep commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
You will use CRM systems to manage customer interactions effectively, applying strong communication and negotiation skills in every engagement. A solid understanding of the product range is essential, along with the ability to solve problems efficiently, build strong customer relationships, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
