We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team.

The role involves approaching vendors in the field, building strong business relationships, collecting required documentation, and handling contract discussions including commission negotiations.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, communication, and closing deals with vendors.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential vendors in assigned areasPresent company services/products to vendors and explain partnership benefitsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationshipsCollect all required documents from vendors for onboardingCoordinate with internal teams for vendor registration and activationNegotiate commercial terms, contracts, and commission structuresEnsure all agreements are signed and completed accuratelyAchieve monthly vendor acquisition and sales targetsProvide regular market feedback and competitor updatesResolve vendor concerns and maintain satisfaction.

1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Vendor AcquisitionStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in field visits and meet targetsGood relationship-building and persuasion skillsExperience in contract handling and commission discussions preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google SheetsBachelor's degree
