Role DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Partnership Executive to join our team in Berlin.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on generating revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding iDesign’s customer base.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners.

You will play a key role in scaling the company’s sales pipeline and driving growth CompensationBase Salary: 7000 (monthly)Commission: Attractive commission on every closed deal and generated sales (uncapped earning potential)

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partnersDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsPresent iDesign’s products and services to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and close dealsCollaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure successful deliveryTrack sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM toolsRepresent the company in meetingsBenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionsOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling startupAccess to learning and development resourcesDynamic and creative work environmentIf you want, I can make it:More aggressive (sales-heavy startup style)More corporate/polished (for LinkedIn)Or tailor it specifically for the German market expectations
