Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.Technical Sales: Provide technical consultation on chemical product applications, specifications, and performance, acting as a technical advisor to customers.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company profitability goals.Market Analysis: Monitor chemical industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with logistics, regulatory, and QC teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance (e.g., SDS, REACH).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, often in SaaS, technology, or industry-specific sectors.Performance History: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.Languages: Strong English communication skills are often required, especially in international or tech roles
