Sales Agent

We are looking for a Sales Agent with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers and convert leads into actual sales, working on a software product targeting businesses in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities: Contact and respond to potential leads Explain the product in a simple and clear way Follow up with clients until closing the sale Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Record and manage customer data in an organized way Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements: Good level of English (very important)

Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle customers via phone and messaging Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Fast learning ability and understanding of the product Preferred Skills: Ability to speak or understand Saudi dialect (a plus, not required)

Basic knowledge of software products Polite personality with strong persuasion skills
