Job Summary:A Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services.
The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or servicesAchieve individual and team sales targetsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policiesHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectivelyProcess transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) systemMaintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayedSupport inventory management, including restocking and stock checks
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)Previous experience in retail or sales is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic math and computer skillsCustomer-focused attitude
