We are currently looking for a Sales Account Management Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a team of account managers while driving both individual and team revenue targets.In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening long-term client relationships, supporting your team in achieving their goals, resolving complex client challenges, and ensuring every client receives the best possible experience with WUZZUF’s recruitment solutions.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within recruitment or HR tech.Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams (3–7 members).Hands-on experience in SaaS and CRM systems is mandatory.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic.
