What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance,and Security.
- Ensure all departments deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
- Supervise and train staff on guest handling, safety, and service standards.
- Manage and monitor all resort security and safety systems (CCTV, patrols, accesscontrol, emergency procedures).
- Respond quickly and effectively to guest issues, incidents, or complaints.
- Liaise with local authorities when necessary (police, ambulance, civil defense).
- Conduct safety drills and maintain a culture of awareness and professionalismacross all teams.
- Report operational performance and improvement plans to management.
5+ years of experience in hospitality or resort operations (with a background insecurity or safety management).
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
- Calm, confident, and guest-focused — able to manage difficult situations with tactand authority.
- Highly observant with a strong security mindset.
- Flexible to work on-site at red sea and available during weekends or peak seasons.
المتطلبات
