Remote Sales Operator – Media Services

We are building a high-performance outbound sales engine targeting aesthetic clinics, doctors, and medical businesses in Dubai and the US.This is not a typical sales job.We are looking for someone who can generate revenue using any effective channel — LinkedIn, email, Instagram, direct outreach, or any creative approach that works.
Your Role:Identify and target potential clients (clinics, doctors, medical centers)Run outbound outreach across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, Instagram, etc.)Start and manage conversations that lead to real opportunitiesBook and run sales callsClose deals or move prospects to closing stageContinuously test and improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in outbound sales (any channel)Strong communication skills (English required)Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidentlySelf-driven and results-oriented (remote work discipline)Creative in finding new ways to reach clients Bonus (Strong Advantage):Experience in healthcare / aesthetics / clinicsExperience targeting Dubai or US marketsFamiliarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):Daily outreach volume: 50–100 contactsDaily conversations started: 10+Weekly calls booked: 10–15Weekly deals closed: 2–5 (after ramp-up)Performance will be measured strictly based on results.
Compensation:Base Salary + High CommissionPerformance-based growth
