1.
Front Desk & Visitors Management
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Register visitors and notify concerned employees.
- Coordinate visitor access to relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor log and follow security procedures.
2.
Candidates Reception & Coordination
- Receive job candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with HR regarding interview schedules.
- Guide candidates to interview rooms and departments.
- Ensure smooth candidate flow inside the office.
3.
Communication & Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to concerned departments.
- Handle general inquiries professionally.
4.
Postal Envelopes Handling
- Receive incoming postal envelopes from external parties.
- Distribute postal envelopes to employees in concerned departments.
5. HR Coordination Support
- Receive leave requests and mission permits from employees, and deliver it to HR department.
- Support HR in coordinating interviews when needed.
6.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain reception area organization.
- Liaise between visitors and internal departments.
- Assist in administrative tasks when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception or Administrative role.Technical Skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
