- Prepare and review quantity take-offs for architectural and structural works.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
- Review shop drawings and compare with BOQ.
- Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractors’ invoices and variations.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
- Track project progress and cost deviations.
- Assist in tendering, pricing, and contract administration.
- Ensure all work complies with contract documents and specifications.
- Prepare cost reports and financial updates.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (Site-based).
- Strong experience in architectural and structural works.
- Very good knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control.
- Experience in reviewing drawings and extracting quantities.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
