QA Engineer

Responsibilities: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.Prepare and review QA documents, procedures, and work instructions ensuring compliance with approved formats and requirements.Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely closure of findings and implementation of corrective actions.Monitor process performance and participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Coordinate and support supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring activities.Ensure proper control, distribution, and revision of controlled documents through QA Document Controllers.Provide training and awareness to employees regarding quality system procedures and best practices.Assist in preparation of QA reports, KPI summaries, and management review inputsPerform any other tasks assigned to him effectively and on-time

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).1–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems, preferably in manufacturing or assembly industries.Knowledge of documentation systems, quality tools, and process control principles.Experience in ISO 9001 implementation and audit activities.Knowledge of document control, internal audit, and corrective/preventive action systems.Basic knowledge of supplier quality evaluation and performance monitoring processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS-related software tools.Professional English level and good report writing skills.Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives.
