Job Description:Record and review purchasing transactions (purchase orders, supplier invoices, expenses)Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate recording in the systemPerform regular analysis of purchases and stock levelsReconcile inventory balances with financial records and investigate discrepanciesManage accounts payable related to suppliers and ensure timely paymentsPrepare reports on purchasing, inventory, and cost analysisCoordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsUtilize ERP systems to track and manage purchasing and inventory dataSupport month-end closing activities related to purchases and inventoryMonitor cost control and recommend improvementsAnalyze purchasing data and provide insights to management
Job Requirements (Must Have):Minimum 5 years of experience in accountingStrong experience in Purchasing & Inventory AccountingProven experience in Purchasing & Inventory AnalysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong Data Analysis skillsHands-on experience with ERP SystemsPrevious experience working with purchasing and warehousesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred:Experience in automotive spare parts industry
