Key Responsibilities:* Organize and manage visits with external entities (schools, exhibitions, institutions).

  • Plan and execute all internal and external events (conferences, seminars, ceremonies, official visits).
  • Coordinate with media representatives, host journalists, and prepare press releases.
  • Represent the university at educational fairs and external events.
  • Communicate with schools to arrange campus visits for high school students.
  • Arrange guest visits and manage schedules and logistics.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to cover events and manage related content.

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in Public Relations or Corporate CommunicationsStrong experience in developing and executing PR strategies and media campaignsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholdersSolid experience in organizing events, conferences, and public engagementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a teamExcellent command of English (written and spoken)Advanced writing skills (Press Releases, Statements, Official Content)Strong understanding of brand positioning and reputation managementAbility to handle crisis communication effectively and professionallyExperience in managing social media platforms as part of PR strategyStrong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Previous experience in the education sector (universities or academic institutions is highly preferred)Established network with media outlets and journalistsBackground in branding and institutional image building
