Job Responsibilities: Supervising the preparation of technical and financial proposals and ensuring their compliance with tender specifications.
Training new employees.
Supervising department staff, assigning tasks, and following up on their performance.
Reviewing and submitting tenders and bids to the concerned authorities.
Preparing invoices for contracts, new installations, and maintenance agreements, submitting them to the Head of Collections, and following up until collection from the concerned entities.
Entering maintenance reports for active maintenance contracts into the system and keeping scanned copies for company records before delivering them to clients.
Following up on new installations for government entities.
Preparing entry permits for government entities related to installations, breakdowns, and periodic visits.Following up on periodic visits to government entities for UPS / Stabilizer equipment.
Continuous coordination with internal departments (Maintenance, Technical Support, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources) to ensure smooth workflow.
Attending meetings related to projects and tenders when required.
Attending financial bid opening sessions when required.
Preparing periodic departmental reports on proposals and tenders (won, lost, under study).
Working on expanding the company’s market presence by acquiring new clients.
