Customer Relationship ManagementDeepen existing client relationships by identifying gaps in their current services and proposing complementary projects or upgrades.Identify opportunities within existing accounts to introduce new services or scale current projects, leading the negotiation process to successful closure.Manage high-level expectations and maintain a “trusted advisor” relationship with C-level clients.Lead the initial phase of new business by gathering and defining high-level requirements to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery teams.Evaluate new opportunities from both technical and operational perspectives.Translate business needs into actionable project plans during pre-sales and onboarding phases.Project Management Office (PMO)
LeadershipDefine and enforce project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure consistency across projects.Monitor project health, timelines, and budgets across the company portfolio.Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement controls to keep projects on track.Translate complex project updates into clear, business-focused reports for executive-level stakeholders.Maintain visibility over all active projects to identify risks early.Standardize and optimize the use of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).Monitor and control delivery gaps by ensuring alignment between technical outputs and client expectations.Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to resolve issues before impacting clients.OperationsDesign and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Monitor operational costs and project margins to support profitability.Implement KPIs and performance metrics focused on achieving measurable results.
Possess the "soft skills" of a salesperson and the "hard logic" of a project controller.Experience: 8+ years in Project Management, or Operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership/Head of department roleHybrid" Mindset: You speak "Client," "Dev," and "Finance" fluently.Technical Literacy: While not a coder or engineer, you understand technical architectures well enough to spot a flawed output or an unrealistic timeline.Proven track record of closing deals and growing account revenue through strategic communication.You have built or significantly improved a PMO from the ground up.Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
