Project Director

Lead the execution of a SAR 800M hospitality project from construction to handoverEnsure delivery aligned with schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standardsManage all stakeholders including client, consultant, designers, and subcontractorsOversee fit-out, finishing, MEP coordination, and high-end hotel standardsLead contract administration, claims and Variation Orders (VO)Ensure compliance with international hotel brand standards (if applicable)Drive risk management and problem-solving across all project phasesLead and manage multidisciplinary teams (PM, Construction, QS, MEP, QA/QC)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 15+ years of experience in constructionAt least 5+ years as Project Director / Senior Project ManagerMUST have completed at least one large-scale hotel project (5-star or similar)Proven experience in projects valued ≥ SAR 500MStrong experience in hotel fit-out, finishing, and MEP integrationSolid knowledge of FIDIC contracts and EPC deliveryPrevious experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is mandatoryStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English;
