Production Manager

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations within the factory, ensuring operational efficiency, high product quality, and compliance with safety standards while minimizing costs.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong experience in production management and process improvement Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO Strong leadership and team management skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Excellent communication skills.Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Strategic planning capabilities Experience in cost control and waste reduction
