Production Manager

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production by optimizing processes, improving material utilization, and enhancing cost efficiency through Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Oversee production operations to ensure achievement of production plans, capacity alignment, machine performance optimization, and timely execution of maintenance shutdowns with minimal disruption.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety standards, QMS, and audit requirements, and continuous system improvements.
• Manage new product introductions, trials, and implementation of new technologies and equipment to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments to resolve operational issues, and align production requirements.
• Lead people and performance management activities, including budgeting, performance appraisals, and SOP development to ensure a high-performing and compliant production team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Post-graduate degree is preferable;

PMP, LSSBB, MBA.- 15+ years of experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical Industry (Specially Semi Solid).- Management and Decision-making experience.- Experience in process design and validation
