Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and deliveryIdentify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendorsNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasingMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to meet operational needsEnsure compliance with hospital policies and procurement proceduresMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performanceHandle vendor relationships and resolve any procurement-related issues

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or hospital settingsStrong negotiation and communication skillsGood knowledge of procurement processes and vendor managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
