Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and update project plans.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively recommend corrective actions.Prepare and present regular progress reports, including schedule updates and forecasts, to project stakeholders.Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and effective allocation.Assist in the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) and project milestones.Support project managers in planning, budgeting, and resource management activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.Facilitate project meetings and workshops to review schedules, resolve issues, and drive project success.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the engineering or construction industry.Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Experience working in office-based environments with cross-functional teams.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
