Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather and update project progress data.Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies.Prepare and present regular progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.Assist in the preparation of project budgets and resource forecasts.Ensure all planning activities comply with company standards and client requirements.Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to align material and equipment delivery schedules.Support the preparation of tender programs and extension of time claims.Continuously update and optimize schedules based on actual site progress and changing project requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in planning engineering within the construction industry.Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and project lifecycles.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Effective communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Fluency in English;

Arabic language skills are an advantage.
