Planning and Follow-up Officer

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plansMonitor and follow up on the execution of production plans within the factoryCoordinate between departments (Production – Warehousing – Procurement – Export)Ensure adherence to production schedules and timelinesPrepare periodic reports on performance and deviationsAnalyze issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: (Textile Engineering – Applied Arts (Garment Department) – Home Economics (Clothing Department))Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and monitoring (preferably in home textiles or textile industry)Advanced proficiency in ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure
