People Manager

We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining HR policies, managing employee training and development programs, overseeing payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring adherence to all applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor lawsExperience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisitionAbility to manage performance evaluation systems and develop employee training programsProficient in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environmentStrong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with HR software and payroll systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 15+ years of experience, 5 years at least in an HR management roleExperience in the automotive industry is an advantage
